Is shipping included in the subscription?
No, shipping is not included in your subscription. Shipping is free on all first orders. For your second orders and beyond, shipping is $9.99. In non-summer months, orders of $50 and above get free shipping. In summer months, orders of $70 and above get free shipping.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order is ready to ship using the payment method on file. You can always log into your Subscription Portal to change your payment method.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks, depending on your selected frequency. Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all tracking information.
